Our high specification storage facilities offer environmental and temperature controlled warehouse conditions for your artwork and antiques, with a range of individual rooms built to meet your requirement from 50 square feet upwards. If a private room is not required, shared shelf and floor space is available under temperature controlled or ambient conditions.

A detailed inventory with digital imaging is part of the inclusive service offered by K Pak. All items entered for storage are checked for condition and located by our team.

Situated within a fully gated compound with 24/7 monitored CCTV and perimeter movement sensors. Our facilities are covered by a fully automated, central station linked, intruder alarm system compliant with European Grade 3 Standard, ACPO DD243 and NSI NACOSS recommendations; a central station linked smoke/fire detection system; temperature alert system, and an extensive internal and external CCTV system.

K Pak is approved by the leading art insurance companies and has been passed by GRASP (Global Risk Art Survey Platform) initiative for art/antique high value storage.
