I left a message on my return to London - and to be sure you received it, just wanted to re-iterate my sincere thanks for your usual efficiency arranging for my clearance through Heathrow on Thursday. There was quite a 'mob scene' there, however, thanks you to you all went smoothly - and Geoff Riley was super.

Thank you again for the outstanding service provided by everyone at K Pak in connection with our move from London to San Francisco. The crew did an amazing job of packing our valuables and our household goods and of loading the container. The office staff were responsive and efficient, even to the point of working late to complete the inventory by the close of business on the day the container was packed.

Our shipment arrived in just under five weeks and not one item was damaged! What a wonderful result.

This was our fourth transatlantic crossing and first through the Panama Canal and in the Pacific Ocean (the other three were between the east coast and London). Numerous items were damaged in each of the previous moves.
